Shipping Procedure:
Once we receive your order, we initiate the processing of your purchase. All jewelry is handmade in the Netherlands. Different collections have varying processing times. Upon placing your order, we will send you an email with an estimated delivery time indicating when it will be ready for dispatch.
The average processing time is 4 weeks, except for small orders.
All orders within the Netherlands are shipped using PostNL. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as we hand over your order to the carrier. For international orders, we generally use DHL for you.
Customs Duties
Deliveries to countries outside the EU may incur customs or import duties. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these costs for you as we have no control over them. Import or customs duties for jewelry shipped to or from LOVEissue are the responsibility of the customer. For orders delivered internationally, we recommend placing an order for our brand through Faire. Here’s how it works: you create an account on Faire, and upon approval to sell our brand, you can place your order via the personal link we provide you. Faire offers benefits such as deferred payment, currency conversion, and insured shipping.
Shipping Time
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code to track your package. Shipping time and costs per country are as follows:

– Shipping to Germany is €14.95, and all orders are sent with registered tracking.
– Free shipping to Germany on orders above €650 (excluding VAT).
– Free shipping to Germany on orders above €650 (excluding VAT).
Returns and Incorrect Address Handling:
Should you find yourself unable to accept delivery or if an incorrect address has been provided resulting in the package being returned to us, please note that any associated return costs will be your responsibility. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
